Organisation
The Galli Group is an international network of organisations that
use the Galli Method to initiate change, create breakthrough experiences
in communication, and foster mutual understanding. The Galli method
is applied in education, prevention, healthcare, intercultural
communication, consulting, organisational training and development
and media production.
Founded by Johannes Galli in the early 80ties, the Galli Group
represents in its projects the founder´s maxime:

Examples
Kindergarden and Primary Schools
The big Dump
A theatre play to increase awareness for environmental and waste/recycling
issues. The play was developed in coloration with the ministry
of agriculture and recycling department in Germany. It has been
performed more than 950 times in kindergartens and schools. In
Canada and Mexico the play was shown on Earth day and other environment
related events. In Japan, the play was broadcast on national TV.
Fairytales
The Galli Theatre has been bringing originally fairy tales and
myth to children of all ages internationally for more than 20
years. A one year Galli research project, funded by the EU and
the Ministry of health and Education in Germany concluded that
schools worldwide enjoy the following benefits from this unique
type of theatre:
Valuable outlet for creative energy, enhanced performance in other
areas, healthier, happier classrooms, stress reduction for teachers,
assists with social and behavioural problems.

The Golden Key
More than 1000 performances in schools and at health education
days, supported by numerous health insurance companies. The concept
includes after show workhsops to integrate the topic on a deeper
level.
Recommended by Euroafis!, in collaboration with health insurance
companies and school boards and teh Bavarian ministry of education
and culture.
Violence prevention: “Hot
Stuff”
The concept has been applied in different areas: in schools, in
prisons and youth organisations. The participants receive a personality
training and in the end of the process a theatre play is developed
and performed. In the process participants learn about accepting
responsability for themselves and others.
The Examination
A clown play to overcome the fear and stress of examination. Recommended
by the german educational department as “pedagogical valuable
theatre”
Who nose
A clown play to strengthen the ability of integration. Awarded
with the Audience Award in Toronto/ Canada.
Life Goes On
Theatre for life! It is the story of a young man who has a nightmare.
He sees his parents fighting, gets in trouble with his teachers,
looses his girl friend, can’t get in contact with his friends,
tries to get drugs …and finally finds himself totally lost
and alone. Two clowns appear and offer him to play the whole story
again with a red nose. This is the impulse for him accept failure
and to get out of his depression and become open for life again.
