Spontaneous Acting
Our focus on the body, movement and the expressive arts as a healing
approach is based on the premise that imprints of life events
are housed within the body. When explored and expressed consciously,
the connection between body, mind and emotion make a vital contribution
to the artful development of the self. Through the process of
Spontaneous Acting we can access our body wisdom and develop transformative
abilities though playing different roles.
